1. Product Disclaimer

All of our wigs and bundles are 100% raw or virgin human hair unless stated otherwise. Due to the raw nature of the hair, textures and colors may vary slightly from bundle to bundle. Each unit is custom or handmade and may differ in appearance from product photos.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an error was made on our part.

  • Please ensure your order details (lace color, cap size, hair texture, shipping address, etc.) are correct before checkout.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • For pre-orders, your card will be charged at the time the order is placed, and your item will ship once production is complete.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Custom units and pre-orders have an extended processing time, as listed on each product page.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

  • Signature confirmation may be required for high-value packages.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Exquisite Crown Coll and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Exquisite Crown Coll is not liable for any allergic reactions, hair mishandling, or improper application. It is your responsibility to follow care instructions and seek professional installation if needed.
