Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on wigs, bundles or hair care products. Each product is custom-made or inspected to ensure quality before shipping.
Please double-check your order before completing your purchase, including cap size, color, length, and texture. If you have any questions before ordering, don't hesitate to reach out- we're happy to help you make the right choice.
Installer Responsibility Disclaimer:
Exquisite Crown Coll. is not responsible for installation, adjustments, or modifications performed by third-party stylists or installers.
Once a unit has been worn, installed, altered, cut, glued, sewn, braided into, stretched, or adjusted by anyone outside of Exquisite Crown Coll., it is no longer eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or remakes.
Any concerns related to fit, tightness, discomfort, pain, placement, band adjustment, or installation technique are the responsibility of the installer and/or client and are not considered product defects.
Damage or incorrect items:
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
We will assess the issue and offer a resolution where applicable.
