1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing times vary by item type:
- Ready-to-Ship Units/Bundles: Ship within 3–5 business days
- Custom Units: Please allow 7–14 business days for construction before shipping

2. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before checking out. We’re happy to answer questions before you purchase.
3. What if I receive the wrong item or my order is damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
4. How do I measure my head for a custom wig?
We provide a head measurement guide to ensure the best fit. You’ll need a soft measuring tape and four simple measurements: circumference, front to nape, temple to temple, and nape of neck.
5. Do you offer local pickup?
If you're located in Dallas, TX, yes! Select local pickup at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.
6. How do I care for my wig or bundles?
Use sulfate-free shampoo, condition regularly, and avoid excessive heat. For longevity, store your unit on a wig stand and detangle gently. When not in use store in satin bag. We also offer a wig care guide for detailed maintenance tips.
7. Can I request a specific style I saw on your page?
Absolutely! If you saw a style on our Instagram or website, just include a note with your order or send us a message—we’ll do our best to recreate it.
